How are backorders handled?
We work hard to keep our items in stock, but on those occasions when we sell out of a product, Skating Is My Life will notify you for further direction from you.
What should I do if I can't get the system to accept my order?

Will I receive confirmation for my order?
Yes, all orders processed on our website will receive an order confirmation notice, as well as another notice once the item has shipped.
How quickly wlll I receive my order?
Your order is of the utmost priority to us at Skating Is My Life. On average, your order will be available for shipping within 3-5 business days from receipt of order. Skating Is My Life uses UPS ground, so depending on your shipping zone, you can expect another 1-5 business days for standard domestic shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
Skating Is My Life offers international shipping for credit card orders only. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges, fees or documentation automatically becomes the recipient's responsibility. Shipping charges must be calculated manually. You will receive an email from Skating Is My Life with the actual shipping and handling cost, for your approval, prior to shipment.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, Skating Is My Life frequently provides figure skating clubs, teams, ice rink pro shops and other organizations products at reduced rates when larger quantitiies are requested. The minimum order to qualify for a reduced rate is 15.
Do products ever go on sale?
Yes, as part of the celebration of figure skating, look for sales and specials timed to the US Nationals, Worlds and Oympics, as well as other times.
Do you accept ideas for new skating products?
Yes! Skating Is My Life welcomes ideas for new skating products. If you have an idea for a product or a product recommendation, e-mail us at email@example.com.
